FLUX LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the basic rules for Flux merchant accounts, verification, payment processing, settlements and optional priority review.

1. Merchant account & eligibility

You must provide accurate identity, business and settlement information. Flux may request additional information, restrict access, suspend an account or decline an application when information cannot be verified or where activity creates compliance, fraud or operational risk.

2. KYC verification

Creating an account does not mean a merchant application is approved. Full payment-dashboard access can remain locked until KYC is approved and merchant access is activated. Flux may request updated documents or re-verification later.

3. Standard & priority application review

Standard review is free and may take up to the timeframe shown on the Pricing page. Priority review is an optional paid queue-handling service with a stated review-time target. The priority fee is not an approval fee, does not reduce compliance checks and does not guarantee approval. Review times are targets rather than guarantees where third-party checks, missing documents or unusual risk require more time.

4. Payment processing fees

Flux charges the merchant fee displayed on the Pricing page or the custom rate configured for the merchant account. A fee snapshot is locked when a transaction completes so later pricing changes do not rewrite historical settlement records. Failed or expired attempts are not treated as completed customer payments.

5. Settlements & payouts

Completed payments may remain unsettled until the applicable settlement policy, hold period and review controls are satisfied. Flux may apply reserves or holds where configured for the merchant. Payouts are sent only to verified payout methods and may require manual review or a transfer reference.

6. Prohibited activity

You may not use Flux for unlawful activity, deceptive transactions, unauthorized collection, stolen credentials, prohibited goods or services, fraud, sanctions evasion, abuse of payment networks or activity that violates applicable law or provider rules.

7. Payment status & third-party networks

Flux treats server-verified payment status as authoritative. External banks, wallets and payment networks may experience delays, outages or processing failures outside Flux’s direct control. A browser display alone does not establish a successful payment.

8. Security

Merchants are responsible for protecting passwords, API keys and devices. Notify Flux if you believe account credentials or payment destinations have been compromised. Flux may revoke sessions or restrict an account where necessary to protect the platform.

9. Changes

Flux may update product rules, fees and these terms for future use of the service. Material account-specific pricing or settlement changes should be reflected in the merchant account or agreement.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms, a merchant account or payment operations can be submitted through Flux Support.
