Flux uses straightforward transaction pricing. Merchant processing fees are deducted from settlement calculations after a successful customer payment.

- Failed or expired checkout attempts do not count as successful transactions
Your merchant agreement or an owner-configured custom rate can override the public rate shown here. The applicable rate is locked to each completed payment for accurate settlement and reporting.

Priority review is not an approval fee. It only places a completed application into the faster review queue. All normal KYC checks still apply and payment does not guarantee approval.
How settlements work
Completed merchant payments are grouped by payment date. Flux calculates the merchant fee, any configured reserve and the resulting net amount before funds move to the merchant’s available balance. Payouts are then requested to a verified bank or wallet destination.
